I was struggling to use my hands, thumbs and index fingers were extremely painful. I can now do most things I used to do, still a bit of pain but nothing like it was before. I wear it 24 hours per day, every day. I don’t even know it is there most of the time. My hand used to lock up now it very rarely does. I used to hate shaking hands due to the pain, now it is all ok. I am afraid to take it off as the pain may come back.
I’m wearing it and feel different but I can’t quite put my finger on it.
I love it. It reminds me of when I lived in Wyoming, love the Mtns. And it reminds me of the places I love. My Dad had a copper bracelet, not sure of the design, but he said it helped keeping him healthy, and this one reminded me of his, plus reflect me feelings.

Don't love it Ben's around your wrist and doesn't slide very much and can really dig into your wrist bone so I feel that the bracelet one would be better because it's flexible this one is solid and doesn't always bend appropriately when you try to wrap it around your wrist do I think it works slightly but not 100% sold on it but it is a good price to try it out.

It's a men's bangle but bought it cos it's strongest magnets for pain relive. There was no woman's bangle with such magnets but I don't mind. My pain is heavily reduced and that's what matters. Thank you
