Orders & tracking Most asked

Where your order is, how long it takes, and changing details.

Where is my order, and how do I track it?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once yours ships, we email you a tracking link — please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

You can also track any time from our Track Your Order page using your order number.

New tracking numbers can take a day or two to start updating while the courier scans the parcel into their system. If it hasn’t moved after that, just email us your order number and we’ll chase it.
How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

  • United States: around 5–9 business days
  • Australia: around 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: around 5–10 business days

These are guides, not guarantees — busy periods and customs can add a little time. Your tracking link always shows the latest status.

My tracking isn’t updating or says “not found”

This is almost always normal in the first day or two — the number is created when your label prints, but it only starts updating once the courier physically scans the parcel. It can also briefly show “not found” between scans.

If there’s been no movement for several days, email us your order number and we’ll look into it straight away.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll update it before it leaves the warehouse.

Once an order has shipped we can’t change the address, but we’ll help you sort it out with the courier.

Sizing & fit Very common

Our bracelets are designed to be adjusted at home for a perfect fit.

My bracelet is too big — how do I make it smaller?

Your bracelet is meant to be sized to your wrist by removing a few links. Every bracelet comes with a small adjustment tool in the box for exactly this.

  1. Try it on and count how many links you’d like to remove for a comfortable fit.
  2. Place the bracelet on the tool with the small arrows on a link pin lined up with the tool.
  3. Push the pin out, then reconnect the two ends of the bracelet.
Prefer not to do it yourself? Just reply to your order email or message us — we’re happy to talk you through it, and if you’d rather, we can help you exchange for a better fit.
The adjustment tool broke or I can’t get a link out

Sorry for the hassle — this happens occasionally and it’s an easy fix. Email us your order number and we’ll send a replacement tool or extra links free of charge, or guide you through it step by step.

My bracelet is too small — can I make it longer?

No problem. Email us your order number and we’ll post you some extra links at no charge so you can lengthen it to fit comfortably.

What’s the difference between the men’s and ladies’ bracelets?

Both are made from the same solid, pure copper with the same quality magnets. The difference is the build:

  • Men’s bracelets are wider, heavier and have larger links — a more substantial feel.
  • Ladies’ bracelets are slimmer and lighter, with a more delicate link.

If you have a smaller or finer wrist, the ladies’ style is often the more comfortable choice regardless of who it’s for. Not sure which to pick? Message us before you order and we’ll help.

Copper & care

Looking after your bracelet, and what to expect from real copper.

Will the copper turn my wrist green?

It can, and it’s completely harmless. The greenish tint is called patina — a natural reaction that happens when copper meets air, moisture and your skin. It isn’t dirt, a dye, or a sign of poor quality; it’s simply what genuine, unsealed copper does, and it washes straight off with soap and water.

If you’d like to reduce it, see the cleaning tips below, or take the bracelet off before showering, swimming or using hand lotion.

How do I clean my copper bracelet?

Keeping it bright is easy and you don’t need special products:

  • Rub gently with a soft cloth and a little lemon juice or vinegar mixed with a pinch of salt.
  • Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
  • A dedicated copper or jewellery polishing cloth works well too.
Avoid harsh chemicals and don’t scrub around the magnet links aggressively. A quick clean every few weeks keeps it looking its best.
Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming?

The bracelet won’t be damaged by water, so the occasional splash is fine. That said, regular contact with water, soap and lotions speeds up patina (the green tint), so for the brightest finish we suggest removing it before showering or swimming.

Are your bracelets genuine copper, and how do I avoid fakes?

Every Willis Judd bracelet is made from pure, solid copper — never plated — and each one is handmade. Because genuine copper jewellery is in demand, you’ll sometimes see cheaper, lower-grade or plated imitations sold elsewhere. To be sure you’re getting the real thing, only buy from our official store.

Important guidance before wearing a magnetic product.

I have a pacemaker or medical device — is it safe to wear?

If you have a pacemaker, defibrillator (ICD), insulin pump or any implanted medical device, please do not wear our magnetic bracelets.

Our magnetic bracelets contain strong magnets, which can interfere with these devices. If you’re unsure, please check with your doctor first.

Good news: we offer a non-magnetic, pure copper bracelet with no magnets, so you can still enjoy the look and feel of copper safely. Message us and we’ll point you to the right one.
