We are an Australian company based just outside of Sydney, and all our orders are generally shipped from our NSW warehouse. However, we are pleased to announce that for our UK customers, orders will now be dispatched from our UK office. This ensures a quicker delivery time of 3 to 5 days.

Here's a quick overview of our shipping options:

• FREE Standard Post: We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and Royal Mail for the UK. Shipping times are 3 to 5 Days

• Express Post: Available for faster delivery within Australia, with an estimated arrival time of 1 to 3 days.

• New Zealand Shipping: We now offer express shipping to New Zealand for $19.95. Deliveries come with a tracking number and typically arrive within 3 to 6 days.

• Are you an Australian Business and does my item get shipped from Australia? Yes, we are an Australian business operating online only, which allows us to reduce overheads and pass the savings on to you. Orders are shipped from Australia, with the exception of UK orders which are sent from our UK office.
